I honestly can't thank you all enough, from my initial contact to coming out of theatre. You guys are amazing, such compassion and so attentive to mine and other patients needs. I was treated with such dignity and respect too. I spoke to various other patients and they all said how lovely you all are. Thank you so much for keeping me informed and accommodating me, especially as I travelled 169 miles to get here. You made everything so much easier for me to have my pre assessment and procedure in the same location on the same day. Your staff who work the phone lines have such a gentle voice and extremely excellent active listening skills, so reassuring and they put me at ease every step of the way, along with the staff who I saw face to face today. I would like to hug you all to say a massive thank you ever so much
