And i have not seen my surgeon for 4-6weeks post op as never received invitation emails until i called to ask for my appointment which i find it very unprofessional and was not happy about it.

Dear Patient, Thank you for the review and highlighting the issues felt. We do apologize if you have to call to ask for the review appointment with your surgeon as we do email 6-8 weeks review appointment. There has been an issue with the emails as lots of email sent ended in junk mails,. However we have taken this onboard and will work to improve on this. Thank you again for your custom.
