AVOID. Awful experience. I fell through the cracks & the team didn't contact me for ages, didn't arrange my blood tests usually done weeks in advance until less than a week before my surgery date, my surgery was massively changed a week before the intended date, I had requested to speak to someone about my post-op painkillers well in advance of my surgery which wasn't done and then when I asked a question about that my surgeon cancelled the surgery and refused to listen to anything I had to say about it. This was in July and although I was told it would be actioned immediately and take 4 weeks, I am still waiting for the almost £20K of surgery fees to be refunded to me and despite repeated attempts to contact the hospital they haven't gotten back in touch with me, so absolutely nothing about this hospital is trustworthy. AVOID.
