Very friendly staff, nice clean and modern premises.
Excellent care and friendly staff
Great medical clinic, wonderful and warm experience as a first timer
The location is easily accessible for me on the South side of Oxford and parking always easy. The waiting areas both downstairs and upstairs are comfortable and appointments are usually punctual.
The receptionists are always welcoming and greet one as an old friend. They were kind and sympathetic on the occasions when I was unable to find a carer and had to take my husband who had Alzheimer’s along with me to my radiotherapy sessions.
I had both my Chemotherapy and Radiation treatment at Genesis, and the facilities were clean, tidy, and comfortable. All the staff from the receptionist to all nursing and medical staff are just fantastic, and can not be praised enough.
The GenesisCare Centre was very friendly and always took good care of me, throughout my Radiotherapy treatment.
This is an extremely disorganised unit. Considering how quiet the unit is the staff are so slow and inefficient. A 30 minute infusion takes over 2 hours to implement as the staff are so slow, not able to work hardware and so disorganised I wonder how they would cope with more than 3 patients which is the most I’ve ever seen there. I’ve been left waiting in reception past my appointment time as after checking in have been ignored. Having been treated at the Shalbourne in Swindon there is no comparison in efficiency and care. A complete organisational disaster and extremely frustrating as a patient having to wait around long past my appointment time- very disappointing
