I found the speed, courtesy and efficiency with which I was treated to be highly impressive. After seeking an appointment, I was offered one the very next day. In spite of arriving early for my appointment, I was shown almost straight away into Dr Madan. The consultation and biopsy were conducted within half-an-hour, and the results of the biopsy arrived a few days later. Highly impressive. I would recommend Dr Madan to anyone I cared about and who had concerns about their skin. He treats his patients with the utmost respect, and his procedures have always given me peace of mind. Sarah, his practice manager and secretary, is incredibly efficient and friendly too.
