I couldn't be happier with the results following my six sessions at the running school and the speed sessions I'm currently doing. From my initial induction with Laura to the rest of my sessions with Seb, the advice and training on my form has brought down my 5K, 10K & Half marathon PB's down considerably. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to improve their running no matter what level.

I have just completed the 6 session running coaching programme, and am really pleased with the results. Laura and Seb were professional, friendly, and really helpful in giving me pointers and advice to improve my style. The facilities are great and every member of staff I met was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking a session to look at their running style!

I came here for a pregnancy massage and it was lovely to be treated as though I wasn't sick! Paul was wonderful, he knew exactly what I needed and his knowledge was outstanding! I'm coming back!

Paul Smith is always very professional and is always mindful of what my body needs! His knowledge and expertise is amazing! I would definatly recommend Body Logic particularly Paul Smiths massages to everyone I know.

What can I say, I have only been seen three times but I have noticed the difference in how my body feels so, this had made a difference as I've suffered long with weak muscles - the people are very nice here - thanks again

I have been coming to body logic for almost a year now, and I came with a lot of pain & discomfort - the staff were friendly & the people I have seen are very aware of what their job is & carry it out very well - I've recommended & brought members of my family who have returned & I will continue to be seen here. Thanks guys, you know who you are.
