I take zapain for arthritis in spine knees and hands No relief from pain at all

I have a trapped nerve at the base of my back. No pain while lying down, otherwise very painful. I take 2 Zapain tablets with a meal, on an 'if and when' basis. Ninety minutes later, the pain has gone. Pain-free for at least 7 hours after ingestion. I realize that this drug might have long-term effects, but what can you do when you're in agonizing pain??? Thank you, Zapain producers.

I was prescribed this to take 4 times a day for 2 weeks. I only took 2 tablets before bed for a few days. After the 5th day I woke and the room was literally spinning my eyelids were puffed. I am 70 years old and have an under active thyroid. I should nor have been prescribed this drug

Migraine Sufferer ... can take a long time for normal migraine medications to work and then they are often ineffective ... Zapain works in less than 30 minutes to start relieving the pain. The negative for Migraine sufferers is it often does not clear the problem itself so you have to take them again 4 hours later. Found to to be most effective in mornings before meals - especially if combined with caffeine.

I was diagnosed with Sciatica and developed shin pain. I was prescribed 2 of these every 4 hours and not effective at all apart from the night ones where I did get more sleep, but, hardly any pain relief.
