Viscotears aids my condition of having dry itchy eyes and floaters I have only been on the medication for just over three weeks I am hoping it will assit and clear my problem in due course, I am using four times daily until further consultation.

A wonderful gel for dry eyes, very effective and easy to use. However,over a period of time, the preservatives caused an allergy of one eyelid and a type of eczema, uncomfortable and unsightly. However, once I stopped using it,the eyelid fully recovered, I now only use preservative free Viscotears and it is great. Preservatives in eye drops and ointments are an issue that perhaps should be addressed as they can cause problems as I discovered.
