It starts working after two doses and after third dose you will feel the difference. But to get 100% alright I had to finish at least half of the box or as a course I took two tablets each day for three days. It depends on the severity of the cold.

I love Sudafed; it brought down the horrible pressure in my head quickly and relieved my stuffy nose. I felt a lot more comfortable after dosage and the effects lasted until I could take the next dose. Recommended.

Have tried to use Sudafed a couple of times to ease congestion, but did not find it particularly effective. My wife takes it sometimes to ease sinus problems - she finds it does help.

I was unable to breathe through my nose I had used steam, my sinus had got blocked this was very painful. I used sudafed which relieved the situation until I could see the doctor it got me through the weekend.
