I have been on this medication for some time in respect of a hip replacement that I have had and the other to be done. I find that in does not stop all the pain and sometimes think its not doing anything and do not take a dose. Then you know that it does work as you feel the full depth of the pain.
The only downside is it can cause constipation from time to time.
