This cream does not appear to have any smell when you squeeze it onto your fingers. But as soon as I applied it to my psoriasis... boy, did it stink! I have not found any mention of this anywhere. I don't have any other adverse reactions and the redness has improved (4 days of use so far).

The medication was very helpful, but can cause contact dermatitis.
