HRT patches. Much more safe than oral medication and controls all of the symptoms of going through peri menopause and the menopause. Easy to apply and stays put until the next patch is required.
NB: do not apply the patch straight after a bath or shower as it won't stick properly.
NB: to remove the gum residue which may be left behind rub oil into the area and leave overnight to make removal easy.
