One of my symptoms was severe fatigue this resolved within a week or so of taking this medication. I had no side effects and have only to have six monthly blood test to access if I need any increase in my medication.

Be very careful that you do not allow a doctor to suddenly stop you taking this medication. I had this happen and was vomiting and off balance so badly I could not stand up and had to have an antiemetic injection. This was early on and I remember my doctor saying they must take note of this in the future.

My side effects were unpleasant but the benefit of reducing my anxiety and panic attacks made them bearable. I am now on ramp down to come of it and the side effects are more or less gone. My advice is to come off them really slowly to minimise any withdrawal symptoms. I was on 2x75mg per day, first stage down to 1x taken in 2x halves, I'm now on 1x 1/2 for a week, then cold turkey! The other purpose of taking these tablets was to help reduce the pain I was in from trapped abdominal nerves, they did help but not directly - the reduction of anxiety etc and resultant stress helped me to distance myself from thinking about the pain and get on with life the best way I could.
