I was prescribed Dianette due to having polycystic ovaries. I was told this was a high hormone pill and I could not be on it for long periods of time and therefore was not a long term solution for my symptoms.
What it did do was help to relieve my symptoms; acne, hirsutism and being overweight. It allowed for me to move onto a safer pill long time with these symptoms sorted out for the better.
