i find it very useful medication when i get really bad migranes it takes 20min to kick in and it does it job although i would not recommend this medication to children i think the right age to use this drug is 18 and up because it is a opioid and not suitable for everyone.

I found it much kinder than codeine on its own, I took one tablet during the day if needed and then two at night to aid sleep. Very useful for people who can't tolerate codeine alone and need slightly more pain relief than paracetamol
