Share review of Clexane

I was given Clexane to take home with me after a total Knee replacement, I had to get my husband to do the injections as I was not brave enough to do them (I explained this to them in hospital), they are not pleasant to do and they did sting a bit afterwards. Are they worth taking yes if they stop blood clots.
