I use Sevodyne ( Brand ) removed pains but does cause constipation so you may need lacatolose orand also maybe chnage your diet

This is a high level painkiller for patients with chronic problems.Initial side effects are probably quite noticeable with a feeling of being detached and not in total control.
This fades but care needs to be taken when driving/using machinery or decision making.
