The all-in-one tablets were useful for reducing the aches and pains of my fever, but they didn't do much in terms of kicking the cold out of me. I took them for a couple of days longer than the packet recommended and had no side effects - but also had very little improvement on my symptoms. The decongestant worked well to unclog all the nasty gunk.
