I was on this medi cene . It was awfull and trigered heart attack and nearly left this world . Doctors at basildon hospital saved me . I was taking it in combination with metformin. Now I am on insulin to control sugar level and is good .I understand this medicene is out of the market in E.U and America
is good to control my blood sugar level.
This Medicene in combination with Metformine was awfull. Trigered heart attack and nearly left this world but excellent doctors at Basildon hospital saved me. I understand this medicene is now out of the market in E.U. and America I am not sure . Now I am on Insulin to control my sugar level and workd very well. This incident happened in 2008..

Avandamet contains a combination of metformin and rosiglitazone, two oral diabetes medicines that help control blood sugar levels. Avandamet is for people with type 2 diabetes, and is not for treating type 1 diabetes.
