Prof Bulstrode saw me with a minor hand injury. He gave quick, sensible and authorative advice. I found him helpful and attentive. |

Prof Bulstrode was very thorough and listened carefully to what was being said. He was empathetic and gave the patient, who has learning difficulties, encouragement, time and praise for explaining her condition and how she felt.
He also apologised for the amount of time we had to wait and explained why this was. Excellent care. |

This doctor showed intuition and good humour in the care shown to my son and his suspected broken foot bone. He also proved himself to be a mean sculptor when applying the caste. We both gave him full marks for such a holistic attitude and look forward to hearing about what it's like at the Pole. Thank you. |

I had recently had a fall on my bicycle, and had left it for a few days thinking that perhaps it was just bruised. When I finally visited A&E I felt a little silly and like I was making a big deal out of nothing. Prof Bulstrode was kind, friendly and made me feel at ease. As it turned out I had broken my the scaphoid in my wrist, and he spent time explaining the implications of this, and that, as scaphoid fractures go, mine was a good one! Overall, a very nice and professional man.
Top marks. |

I'm not an Oxford resident so was out of my comfort zone at the John Radcliffe hospital, but Prof. Bulstrode instantly placed me at my ease and offered considered, relevant and helpful medical advice in a warm and friendly fashion. My only regret is that he's not my GP! |
