My wife became unwell a few minutes before her Laser treatment last Thursday 2nd May 2024 which necessitated the staff having to look after as she kept fainting. Over a period of some minutes my wife regained her awareness of things around her. During this time the compassion, understanding and caring shown by Dr. [name removed], a nurse was called [name removed] and another nurse whose name I cannot remember was magnificent and I could not fault them.
The care shown to my wife by these three ladies was outstanding.
Who says "THE STAFF DO NOT CARE ". These three ladies certainly did CARE.
My wife's Laser treatment went very well thanks to these ladies.
