The best is the personal attention, compassion and kindness shown by all the staff, volunteers included. Despite the very sad circumstances which brought us here, this is still a "happy place" with positive energy.

Staff attention to patients. Helpfulness to visitors, cleanliness. The volunteers are great. There is little to be done to improve the service.

Staff care and attention was very good. I would like to have seen more information about mum's in put of food and liquid. Sometimes it was difficult to know whether or not mum had eaten or the quantity. A couple of times there was confusion from the volunteers in regard to food.

Very happy about the care that has been given to my sister during her stay. All the staff are very kind, caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. No improvements.

Friendly helpful staff, lots to do in centre. You're able to gain information on all things concerning illness and home life etc. Haven't been going long enough to say anything relevant.

Very enjoyable. Thank you a very good idea.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and always happy to help with any worries or concerns I have.
I enjoy the painting classes and wish I could do them on a more regular basis.
