My experience with t to he stoma nurse today was outstanding, I am very pleased with Karen Totty how she dealt with me.

The staff are amazing, helpful, empathic and knowledgeable, they make what I deem an uncomfortable visit reassuring and easy . I no longer dread my visits.

In my opinion there is nothing that could have made my review any better .

Louise is a beautiful person who puts you immediately at ease and just makes you feel confident to tell her about any concerns or problems. She has a lovely way about her and is totally professional without losing the 'human' touch. Its very important to people like me who have undergone surgery, that they have someone to trust and confide in and Louise fits that profile. I can only thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who support and help me like today. Thank you all so much x
