Hospital needs to improve the hygiene level, the room we were seen in had a dirty floor and it was the morning.
Great Ormond Street is a fantastic hospital.
A very good hospital been attending there for nearly 14years.
always found it nice and clean.the staff r polite and friendly always
willing to help. the nurses and doctors always treat u with care and respect
Don't believe the publicity associated with this hospital. My son was treated appallingly and there was a catalogue of mistakes, errors. I am pleased the Chief Exec has gone but feel sorry for whoever employs her. Any complaint was fobbed off althought the PALs service were considerate and caring. I wouldn't contribute to any gosh fundraising.
Great Ormond Street rests on its laurels. My son's experience was very different to the caring TV shows and adverts designed to tug on viewer's heartstrings. The staff on the whole were arrogant, rude and adopted a superior "we know best attitude" to every aspect of the 18 months my son was there. Wrong medications were given including dosages and out of date medication. The "shared care package" with a local hospital was a disaster and GOSH washed their hands of him directly resulting in his death. Complaints made were a waste of time and i was continually fobbed off. I am please to see Jane Collins has been eased out but I do worry about Marie Curie Cancer Care taking such a person on to its staff.
