Came to my appointment ten minutes late, through no fault of my own, buses were either cancelled or running late, it took me 1 1/2 hours to get there only to be told by the optometrist that she had already called my name so I would have to remake an appointment, we had been waiting for nearly an hour in which time there was only 2 other people that went in to see her, she could of easily seen me as these were only 10 minute appointments, totally disgusted with this treatment.

Someone must have gone in when I hadn't arrived so why could I not have their slot,.
