To be quite frank, the service at this surgery is entirely unsatisfactory. I accept there is an online service to book appointments but to get an appointment, you need to be online at 12am for when they are released. All appointments are gone within minutes. Failing that, you can queue up at the surgery at 7am. Whilst this is good, this is certainly not practical for elder patients or parents with young children. I don’t feel it is satisfactory for anyone to have to do this!
It makes it extremely difficult to therefore see a doctor and it is concerning at how many people’s medical concerns go untreated during these times.
I will be changing surgery pronto for myself and my children!
I made an appoint to this morning and was quickly called back with an appoint time. The receptionist was so friendly and put me at ease straight away as I was feeling very anxious. The nurse that I saw was so friendly and calmed me down. Honestly the service I received today I am very grateful for. Excellent service all round. Thank you
This refers to the organisation of the flu and the Covid vaccination sessions. They were organised with military precision and took into account all the covid restrictions. It all went very smoothly from the patient point of view and I would like to thank all concerned.
I received a telephone consultation with nurse Danielle she was polite professional very caring and very professional , thank you to everyone at Audley Mills working during the pandemic much appreciated
Sometimes hard to get through to surgery but....Start early enough and be prepared to wait when youre20th in line and you'll get one. THEYRE BUSY!!!! Sick of complaints about these hard working people, gripes about how rude they are. No one there has ever been rude to me. Perhaps if they're spoken to politely they respond. How would these complainers like to sit on the other end of a phone all day listening to people being impolite and rude to them. I've had so much help and attention from Audley Mills people across the board I cant thank them enough. I'm an ordinary every day middle of the road pensioner, no one important enough to get preferential treatment. Try kindness and understanding. They do. Rant over bless you
