No body at reception got to ring a bell plus takes a long time for anyone to answer the phone stop

  • Stop putting people on hold telling everyone your 5th in the queue and 15mins your still 5th in the queue plus it would be nice to see a receptionist not push a bell

Appointments seem generally difficult to get in a timely manner. This appointment had to be changed but it failed to be done initially so I had to chase it up on the messaging service after which I was very impressed with speed of response and booking of appointment

  • Explain the criteria for booking appointments and indicate when they are available. Also at Patford you need a receptionist who is able to to stay on station rather than always being on the phone in another room not a good for patients or the person trying to do both these tasks Simultaneously

Went for a PSA blood test. Was seen before the due time. Blood sample very professionally taken.

I gave the receptionist 3 stars but only because I didn’t speak to them I used the self check-in! It wasn’t easy to get a face to face appointment after my original was cancelled because the doctor was unwell. I’ve had 2 appointments - Dr Jeremy Foster was very thorough, listened to me and asked lots of questions as well as an examination of my stomach. Appointment started on time. The lady that took my bloods was very friendly and efficient. Appointment started on time.

  • Give your bookings team full visibility of appointment schedules so they can book patients in easily without having to refer back to the in-house team multiple times

Booking the appointment was the hardest part of the process. The automated question phase is lengthy and duplicated.

The receptionist was most informative ,and helped sort out my appointment to suit my needs . Very pleasant and helpful manner .

Arrived early for routine blood test due at 1330. Was seen at 1315 and complete by 1325. Very expeditious and efficient.

I have struggled to get dates that were in a timeline with my forthcoming consultation with my Doctor. Eventually we got there.

  • Listening to me, as the patient. I was trying to get a Blood Test prior to seeing my Doctor in the 28th. The Blood Test was per his request, from a previous appointment. I am doing all I can to ensure he has the information he needs, for the 28th. I have dine 7 days, morning and evening Blood Pressure checks and have returned them. I had to request a better Blood Test date, but was given the 28th. With a follow up, this is not a appointment and therefore, I would not expect my request through Patches, to be Completed, without an appointment and have to message three times to the Admin team, in order to get my Blood Test, as yesterday. All tooing and froing adds to stress of any potential condition.
