Lincoln Road Medical Practice

I called their number, and it says they now use Patches (or Patchs) to make appointments... then Patchs AI tells you its got no more appointment slots left today, and to call the receptionist at the clinic, then hangs up!! - ...I called their number... and you go around in circles! I emailed the clinic about this and they didn't even read my email, but told me they use Patchs now to make appointments on the same day (I don't even want an appointment on the same day) - I told them Patchs just sends me around in circles... they told me to call a receptionist - WORST service ever, so disinterested. They told me that the Patchs is switched off and try call again... I called their number - (do I need to add more) Patchs wasn't switched off and would have sent me in circles again, but I hung up. Medicus Medical Practice in Lincoln road Enfield are simply NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, infuriating service.... and I still don't have even a hint of an appointment!!!

Voltaire D.COPELAND Nobody at this practice will give a straightforward answer to a straightforward question. Most of the staff are very rude and patronising. If you're lucky to get a reply about a complaint they will avoid your questions and talk about the price of carrots. What a shower. D.C. 17/03/2021
