Can’t get appointment call all appointments gone when asked if it’s emergency and you tell them it’s ongoing because you can’t get appointment’s they tell you well it’s not emergency as it is ongoing was very short of breath but told it’s not emergency as it’s ongoing and I was still breathing not too bad sad day when your in pain and discomfort and doctor won’t see you

Unfortunately, wait times for appointments are always many weeks away. Emergencies can only call within a certain time of day, zero continuity of care, communication between staff is unbelievably poor, reception staff try to diagnose u before u get to a doctor, repeat prescriptions are continuisly late and above all, the doctors records have almost no information submitted and does not meet standards.
