After almost 20 years of wearing aids, my bilateral deafness was routinely diagnosed as otosclerosis which is, surprisingly, operable by replacing the stapes in the inner ear. Sadly though, I had little confidence in the treatment offered locally. I researched long and hard and came across Mr Lavy, who amazingly specialises in stapedectomies. Though based in the North I was able, through NHS Choose and Book, to obtain a referral via my GP and met with Jeremy at RNTNEH to discuss my options. I have had both ears successfully operated on and life is wonderful. No more aids! Mr Lavy is amiable, but very professional. I had the utmost confidence in his abilities and was proved right. He is kind and caring and, above all, hugely competent in his field of expertise. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I can not thank Mr Jeremy Lavy enough for his kindness, care and wonderful treatment. After suffering with an ear condition during lock down I now feel like a new person ! My experience from our initial phone call, video consultation and procedure being carried out was far beyond my expectation, especially during these difficult times of the Corvid 19 Pandemic. Mr Lavy has such a lovely calm and reassuring manor I would not hesitate to travel from North Wales to his Clinic in London should I need treatment in the future.

I recommend Dr Lavy having seen his successful work following the improvement of communication and life that he did to my husband I never forget his exceptional response to patient (husband) before, during and after treatment. He is a great doctor/consultant

I recommend doctor Lavy as the best consultant I came across during my life experience dealing with health professionals including GP. I had an operation done (stapedectomy) in my left ear 4 years ago in the ENT Hospital, Grays Inn Road . Doctor Lavy changed my life and the quality of my life, I was deaf on left side for more than 20 years. I appreciate and never forget the experience that I have while being under his care. Great experience before operation, during and after. Dr Lavy in my opinion is not just a simple consultant. Dr Lavy is an asset to NHS For me dr Lavy is the great care we want Thank you for reading the above P. Jani

Jeremy radiates cheerful, professional competence. His up-beat, positive approach inspires confidence, and his warmth and willingness to listen (not to mention his success rates and statistics) are very reassuring. My op was straightforward, my recovery was quick. Now when a robin sings, I can spot him immediately; concerts are in stereo; dinner-party conversations are easy. 3 dimensional sound is such a joy - I wish I had done this years ago. Jeremy did a fantastic job - as did his anaesthetist.
