I had my pre-op consultation today with Mr Lorenzo at Springfield hospital Chelmsford. I was initially anxious about the operation and after speaking to Mr Lorenzi, my anxiety about having to go through the operation melted away.through Mr Lorenzi”s expert advise. . My stay in hospital was a bit longer than anticipated but Mr Lorenzi visited me regularly explaining my treatment and reassuring me . He was kind and compassionate.
