Mr Lorenzi was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail prior to the procedure and put me at my ease just before going into surgery. Afterwards , he came in to check that everything was ok . He also phoned me about 6 weeks after the operation to confirm that all was ok. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for any better overall experience as an NHS patient. Thank you .

I had my pre-op consultation today with Mr Lorenzo at Springfield hospital Chelmsford. I was initially anxious about the operation and after speaking to Mr Lorenzi, my anxiety about having to go through the operation melted away.through Mr Lorenzi”s expert advise. .
