I've suffered an ongoing problem for years, this last episode has lasted for 3months. Pulled from pillar to post with GP's. Within 7 days Doctor Shah has not only diagnosed me, but also put me on treatment which has seen me mobile within 3 days. I cannot praise her enough. Her manner is impeccable. So friendly. You never feel rushed and you just know that she genuinely cares. The most impressive thing is she actually listens intently to you and explains every detail in layman's terms so you can fully grasp all the medical jargon.. A lovely lady.. I'm so glad I've had the pleasure of meeting her...

What can I say other than Dr Shah has changed both mine and my husbands quality of life. Throughout lock down when I was in the most unbearable pain Dr Shah was contactable via phone or zoom advising and recommending alternative medication, Dr Shah even contacted me late one Sunday evening when I could not physically move my foot. It was a pain I have never experienced before. From that phone call and a recommendation to increase my medication the pain relief was within hours of her phone call. 18 months on I now have a full diagnosis and medication to ease and help my quality of life. I cannot recommend Dr Shah highly enough for what she has done for me, she made me feel at ease when I spoke of all my various ailments and was not at all dismissive. I felt like I was going insane with pain moving from one part of my body to another without any warnings, Dr Shah was the only person who fully understood what I was experiencing. Dr Shah has exceptional patient skills matched only by her obviously vast and in depth experience of the area that she specialises in. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking advice and relief from the pain and stress of rheumatoid ailments. Thank you Dr Shah you have made a huge difference to my life. Janette.

For about six years now I've had problems with both my hips (but especially my right hip), the cause of which has never been clear given I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as the same time. Despite numerous rheumatoid drugs, MRIs / X-Rays, several steroid injections and two separate arthroscopies on the right hip later, I've made very little progress in addressing the pain or indeed really identifying the cause. Having recently moved to being under the case of Dr Shah for my on-going Rheumatoid Arthritis care, I feel she has gone above and beyond in trying to sort out my hip issues, ranging from more appropriate pain medication (to help me sleep better at night), through to full diagnostics, including a recent CT Scan. Dr Shah reviewed said CT scan results with a radiographer she recommended which showed that I actually have severe osteoarthritis of the right hip which wasn't showing on previous scans, which I am now confident is the cause of my on-going issues. More importantly, I finally have a solution to my hip issues (hip replacement), via a recommended orthopaedic surgeon, a route I had dismissed previously given the uncertainty as to whether this would solve the problem or not. In summary, not only had Dr Shah helped address the issue, which numerous other consultants (both NHS and private) had been unable to, at all times I have found her to be very attentive, empathetic and determined to get to the bottom of my situation, which has been very much appreciated, and am hopeful said solution will significantly improve my quality of life!

Ms Shah makes you feel very comfortable straight away. She listens to what you have to say. She gives an honest opinion. She understands what treatment you need, if she can help you there and then she will instead of making you come back another day. After months of terrible pain, she changed my world straight away and offered immediate treatment which has made life a lot easier for me.

From the outset, Dr Shah made me feel welcome and heard, immediately establishing a warm yet professional approach. She listens, understands, empathises... rare qualities in too many of the medical professionals I've met before! Dr Shah took time to explain things, to answer my questions, to ensure I got the most from each appointment. She deserves more than 5 stars. I would happily recommend Dr Shah to anyone, confident that they will receive first class treatment in her care.
