The way I was treated.

Clearer information Was advise to go to A&E, because I have a gallbladder problem, every time I eat anything, it goes straight through me comes out like diarrhoea, it took about six hours to get blood, in total I waited 12 hours for treatment, end up going home, after walking out, been awake three days ,unable to sleep because of the pain. The service was great when I first came in I was assessed by a doctor told me that I need to have my blood checked then to have a scam, however treatment a change and I was not kept informed, end up being told don’t think I need a scan contradiction to when our first taken in, waited another further six hours to see the doctor and this did not happen because I walked out.

Aged 63, I was brought in from Stansted Airport due to a stroke. All staff were absolutely brilliant and looked after me to the highest standard.

I arrived to my appointment a day early and thanks to the lovely lady at reception she was able to get me seen right away. I had to have guided knee injection, which was done very professionally. Thank you ever so much. Andrea x

This is for the Day surgery Unit Dr Oshodi was excellent in communication and procedure Nurse Blake was also very caring, patient and helpful. Reception staff were also very considerate and helpful. Very helpful and caring Treated with dignity and respect.

When coming first time to the unit, patients can accidently stand at the exit door waiting to be let in so probably needs a sign there to say "This is the exit, please go to the entry door".
