I was so scared when I was told I was going to St. Luke's. but everybody has been amazing to me and to all my family.

Cant fault the care being given, feel very supported. Very calming atmosphere which is fantastic.

All staff caring and helpful. Relaxed environment making a difficult time easier as a visitor.

Only thing from mums perspective is a HCA in the evening that makes her feel upset.

Only reason for number 4 instead of 5 is one HCA who has made me feel like man inconvience.

Everything else is fantastic and staff is great.
