From start to finish the information and professionalism I received from Mrs Tracy Ellis was excellent. I remember her saying on one of our first meetings that if you do everything that I have told you then you should be fine. I did what she told me to the tee all of which was vs,usbke information and today I have been to see her again and got the result I was looking for.

Tracet is a breath of freah air she made my wife and I feel totally relaxed from the first meeting. Her manner is mixed with humour and also the seriousness of Prostate Cancer this also follows through with her staff . I was totally at ease from day one and any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently. I actually enjoyed my Visits to Raidiotherapy rather than being apprehensive due to the staff who were great. I have know finished my Radiotherapy treatment and again Tracey and her team have explained the situation going forward and they have made it clear that any problems no matter how slight it may seem to call them. Once again I cannot praise enough all the staff who have helped through this difficult time. Thank you Paul

Tracey Ellis is a fiendly and able Radiographer. She gave me excellent advice regarding my urological problems. She established a basis of trust for me and for my subsequent treatment at the Rosemere Center in Preston. The staff speak very highly of her.

Mrs Ellis has a complete mastery of her subject and is able to explain complex issues in the clearest of terms. She displays great empathy towards her patients and listens carefully to what they say. She clearly strives for excellence with her team and is constantly looking for ways to improve the service she provides and the patient experience.
