I've been in quite a few chemist and Aylsham Lloyds Pharmacy is the most helpful. Can't fault them on anything.

I visit this pharmacy on a regular basis and find it the best I have visited. The store is always clean & tidy and the staff are so helpful. The only criticism I have is that when the store is very busy the customers who are purchasing sundry items always seem to take the time away from those ladies dealing with pharmacy issues when they could be served at another counter. Perhaps this could be solved by just having a pharmacy counter dealing with these issues alone.

Staff are great, however, 1) only 4 days needed to process Rx 2) Why, if Warfarin not available, patient not contacted 3) Why on several occasions recently Rx seems to have been "misplaced" between surgery and pharmacy 4) Despite "4 day rule" Rx still not ready for collection
