I am developing a pressure sore that staff advised on and treated they are kind and helpful about any problems. The food we received is excellent and if there was a collection box in the day room or somewhere close by I would be happy to donate each week.

From my point of view the balance is correct. The treatment is better than can be expected especially in view of the diversity in poorly patients.
