Review of Queen’s - Accident & Emergency
11th June 2024

From the ambulance team to the doctors team I was completely impressed by the most professional attitude in a hospital.

Suggested improvements
Maybe improve the waiting time but overall your hospital is by far the best hospital I have ever walked into.

NHS was working at its best, there were some delays but I assume there was a reason for it.

Suggested improvements
It is hard to say, as the patient was readmitted back to hospital next day after a first discharge. The ambulance and emergency teams were excellent, particularly a nurse called Raffy working with the stroke patients . We still very grateful to the staff in Queens hospital for doing their work.

Listened, treated very well. On the top very well managed. Each ward work so efficiently and coordinates too well with each other.

Suggested improvements
Just keep going NHS

Excellent and great service, was supported all the way, told what was going on, what to expect and the treatment required for my recovery. I am absolutely happy with the service and couldn't expect more.

Suggested improvements
Nothing... the service was already better in my own opinion just need to be maintained.

I suffer anxiety and other medical conditions and my husband was sent out without a chance to explain he is my carer, and he can stay but felt dissmissed. i was very very anxious there was one particuler nurse that was excellent at her job, they all are worked hard, i felt the doctor i had to see took too long to just see me and i needed to be admitted i had to confront him to be moved on when he was not busy i just needed to go too ward after 19 hours of sitting in a chair with arthritis and deppression and anxiety wasnt very pleasent and i was there the day before for at least 8 hrs n sent home.

Suggested improvements
Give them more staff and people wasting your time should be triaged more half the time triage dont listen to wat you have to say so could cut waits for minor stuff. Considering how short they are the staff do amazing, sky a was very caring kind and realy made me feel safe and not so anxious.

Every body was very efficient as they were very busy listened to what we had to say. The doctor even phoned the doctor to do with our case and got all the information.

Suggested improvements
You can’t help being busy so can’t help the waiting time.
