I felt completely looked after from the moment I set foot into reception prior to my surgery. A lady collected me & showed me to a room, the nurse came and introduced herself & was so efficient checking everything & telling me the plan for the day. The porter was funny and distracting me down to theatre. The anaesthetist was kind & reassuring in my pre op worrying, as was the nurse in the anaesthetic room. I don’t remember getting back after the operation but Claudia my allocated nurse was there doing her job and spent the day answering my questions & she was brilliant. Just a good experience all round. The nursing assistants were also all so lovely. Discharge was smooth, my drugs were ready, instructions & post op care & follow up all booked by the efficient staff the next day. A seamless service which I feel lucky to have received.
