C T scan gave a great service
I never had my hip operation as I had an infection so was prosponed
From the moment I arrived in urgent treatment centre , receptionist was very helpful. Rosa took my blood pressure ‘, Florence my blood & Ade did my ecg. All wonderful and professional. The doctor was great. I was in the hospital for 14 hours and everyone was a star in their own right. You have a brilliant team and should be proud
I have recovered fully.
This is because the Doctors and the Nurses acted quickly
They are better than my experience in WXH.
I felt respected by the doctors and nurses, they all performed their respective duties with very good manners, I personally couldn't ask for anything more and even as life itself doesn't give out everything.
I am a man who feels privileged to have the NHS services; I am very grateful.
Thanks.
I la
st visited Queens to give birth around 15 years ago and it was not good. The transformation is amazing. Every staff member was polite, helpful, informative and kind. Everything was punctual . The place was scrupulously clean and attractively laid out. I felt my healthcare needs were thoroughly assessed and that I was in good hands. At first I thought it was just that department but this has been the case throughout. I am thoroughly impressed with King George's Hospital. You are a jewel in the crown for the NHS and I pray this level of service continues.
Above and beyond. Everyone was really kind and helpful from the security guards to the ambulance crew and all the medical staff. Thank you so much special thanks to Sophie the paramedic. Simone & Michael
An attentive young lady, punctual and efficient. Explaining everything very clearly very encouraging

I spent 18 hours in A & E, I have no idea why this Unit is called emergency as no emergency treatments were given to me in this Unit, I was going through a severe pain after a surgery and i was shivering as I couldn't bear the pain, however, i was not treated immediately and once inquired by my care taker the answer was there are other patients waiting before me. This is where the meaning of "Emergency " was lost. Of course there would be other patients, but when someone is in a severe pain, crying helplessly, shivering n fainting, isnt that has to prirotised?
We saw so much of maladministration in this Unit during this 18 hours, Staff was scolding patients arrogantly, putting their frustration on patients. No empathy at all. Drs were calling patients name numerous times to CDU even after they had already being transferred to other sides. Even we could remember just by waiting there where each n every patient was but they had no clue. People in the reception was so cold n irresponsible . Once I was almost fainted n my care taker was not around the response of the receptionist was to walk in to the ward alone. I have no idea how a Great Britain National Health Service Employees behave as if they are from an under developed remote island. No sense of responsibility, no sense of empathy, no sense of professionalism.
The one star is because I received my letter with all the information of who I was seeing and where I was going, times etc was received the day after my appointment - uploading it on the NHS would of been much more beneficial
