Overall experience is excellent and for this appt Dr contacted me to make it (and even cancelled a pre existing appt). Considering constraints ease of getting appointments service is excellent. Hope is reflected with a 4* score, doubt a 5 is achievable even with best efforts atm

All members of staff were pleasant and helpful and considerate of my needs. I spoke initially to the duty doctor who discussed my problem in detail and advised me to make an appointment for further treatment which I did easily over the telephone.

Perhaps a little more information about the Covid and Flu boosters locally would be useful but this is a problem wherever you ask/look. It would be helpful, as a patient, to know the overall plans for administering these even if all appointments are taken at the moment.

Though my recent visit for a health check has caused some concerns the doctor and staff have been very professional and helpful. I have been made to feel relaxed and I’m glad that I have this doctors practice to help me continue with my problems in the future

Nothing comes to mind to give input to this question, my experience at the practice so far has been good . Maybe communication between staff members could be improved, I attended yesterday for a blood sample and the nurse didn’t know about it, a doctor had asked me to give another blood sample I would have thought it would have been on the computer system. The appointment was for a blood pressure test and pneumonia injection
