Receptionist was friendly& helpful (I had to fill in an application to re new my medical exemption card). Dr [name removed] was very friendly; she was very easy to talk to and took my concerns seriously. Her professional approach was reassuring; thank you!

Is easy to get an appointment if you can wait for weeks .

Normally at least a day or two before you can get seen, often a lot longer to see your own doctor.

Nearly an hour's delay before being seen. Evidence of the challenges facing the NHS but would have been nice to have been kept informed of delay by reception.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
